Multiple Sclerosis (MS) can affect anyone out of the blue and anywhere in the world. While research continues to make strides towards finding a cure, many will need treatment and support to live with the disease. Many of us know someone affected, knew of someone who lived with MS, and all benefit from research, treatment and support on many levels.
To earn your support for a fourth (!) year in a row Team Orchard Global and I will ride some of the mountains of this year's Tour de France; >400km with >10,000m of ascending across the beautiful and daunting Pyrenees. Training is going well - oh how I Iove dark, cold and wet London Winters - and spirits are high.
