Barry

From Virginia, USA, Barry was one of the nicest riders ever to join the team. A teacher in a previous life, Barry spends his retirement traveling around the world, taking on the toughest climbs. Riding for his daughter, who has MS, Barry showed amazing grit and determination to overcome the challenging mountains each day. A fantastic advocate and fundraiser for MS, Barry managed to raise over $5,000, which is truly incredible

Spencer

Spencer was one of our amazing riders for the 2023 and 2024 events. Hailing from Washingdon, DC in USA, Spencer has cycled thousands of miles all around the world. Cycle for MS (previously known as Cykelnerven) has a deeper meaning for him because of his daughter having MS. In 2024, Spencer raised an incredible $2,400!

 

TONI

From Ringwood, New Jersey (via Croatia), Toni was one of two incredible riders with MS who joined us for the 2024 ride in Alps. Riding with an 'I ride with MS' gold jersey, Toni was one of our strongest riders. Never one to complain (even when he was accidentally given a cheese-sandwich). A silent-assasin with legs of steel and a true inspiration, he raised an incredible $4,161.

ernie

Based in Houston, Texas, Ernie is one of our multi-year returning cyclists. He first joined us in 2023 and returned in 2024. As one of our most determined and hard-working riders, Ernie never gave up on his dream of conquering the summit of some of the toughest Tour de France climbs each day. A true warrior and a fantastic fundraiser, he raised an impressive $3,317 in 2024

 

Chris

Dr Chris Ramsey was one of our most incredible riders who took on the Tour de France mountains in June 2023. Previous to being diagnosed with MS, Chris was a semi-professional athlete, having completed 18 Iron Man's all across the world. A cancer survivor, a doctor, a family man and an inspiration to many, Chris battled against daily fatigue to conquer the mountains each day, raising an amazing €5,792.26 in the process! #legend

 

Robert

Hailing from San Antonio, Texas. Robert was one of our amazing 2023 cyclists, who took on the challenge of riding the most difficult Tour-De-France mountains in the French Alps in June. One of the nicest and most friendly people you will ever meet, Robert pushed himself physically and mentally to overcome some of the hardest mountains to climb in the world, an amazing effort. He also managed to fundraise an incredible €2,365 for MS!

Tomas

Originally from Denmark, now residing in Dublin, Ireland. Family man Tomas was one of many larger-than-life and hilarious riders we had in 2023. From day one, Tomas struck up a friendship with fellow German rider Thomas Riedel, an inseparable pair who aptly named themselves 'T-Squared' hit the mountains each day with huge smiles on their faces whilst raising vital funds for MS. Tomas managed raise an incredible €3,710!

Jed

Based out of Wisconsin, USA, John (AKA Jed) is a practising physician who provides osteopathic care to patients, which includes people with MS. Another amazing rider for the international team for 2023. Jed like many others, always had a smile on his face whilst tackling the incredibly tough climbs each day, with each turn of the cog managing to fundraise an amazing €2,775 for MS!
